For those whom I have not yet met, I am Shari Johnston, the new Workforce Development Coordinator. I have been with the Chapter since August 2021, focusing on acclimating myself and our members to the new apprenticeship program.

In early November, I received my NCCER Master Trainer certification. I am looking forward to working with the CTE’s and instructors to build a lasting relationship. I am excited and honored to be a part of a team that focuses on promoting Maine’s vibrant and growing construction industry.
