2023 offered another exciting year for Workforce Development. We were able to hold winter, spring and fall monthly in-person training offering: Crew Leadership, OSHA 10/30, CPR and Signal & Rigging.

We are well on our way to a full schedule this year. If you have specific training that your company would like to have, please reach out to me. I am happy to help in any way I can.

Additionally, we continue to visit CTE schools and shine a bright spotlight on the many successful careers our industry has to offer. We have one goal in mind: develop Maine’s workforce and educate that workforce to perform the work safely.

As we head into the second half of 2024, advocating for safe workplaces is a priority. We look forward to continuing to support and serve you, our members!
