Feature Photo: Our YP program in its fifth year creates opportunities for our future leaders to develop a greater self-awareness of their unique leadership style, expand their skills and build relationships. We celebrated our YP graduates on Wednesday, March 26.
In 2024, we dedicated our efforts to workforce development and safety, ensuring continuous growth and impactful programs. Throughout the year, we offered in-person safety training, covering OSHA 10/30, CPR, Crew Leadership and Signal & Rigging.
We also celebrated the success of our 5th Annual Young Professionals Class, witnessing the growth of our future leaders. As we move into the second half of 2025, our focus on safety remains unwavering. Safety is paramount in the construction industry, and we are committed to keeping our members safe both mentally and physically.
I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of a great organization with dedicated members who stand strong for the merit shop, united in our goal to continue building Maine strong.
