What a year it’s been! Having the privilege to help plan our 40th anniversary last year was a true highlight. Standing in that room — listening to the passion, the stories and the shared history from our founding members, our long-standing members and those who only recently joined — I witnessed firsthand what makes this chapter exceptional. It reminded me how fortunate I am to serve as your Membership Director.

As we move forward, I remain committed to strengthening and expanding our membership for the benefit of all. A key highlight has been collaborating with our dedicated ABC Maine team, Membership Committee and Board of Directors to advance our strategic goals. Their leadership and engagement continue to elevate our chapter. Building these relationships remains at the heart of what we do here at ABC Maine.

It’s a pleasure to meet with our members and hear how they strive to be the best in their trades, invest in their workforce and uphold the values of safety, hard work and the merit shop philosophy every single day.

I’m also happy to share that we achieved a strong 95% retention rate this year, and our ranks continue to grow steadily toward our goal of 200 members. This momentum reflects your commitment, your engagement and your belief in what we’re building together.

Most of all, I’m grateful for the opportunity to meet and work with the wonderful people who make up our great state of Maine. Your dedication and hard work inspire me, and I look forward to another year of growth, collaboration and shared success.
