Our efforts in 2025 were centered on strengthening safety practices across all job sites and expanding our workforce development initiatives.

On the safety side, we’ve emphasized consistent training, reinforced daily safety habits and ensured everyone has the resources they need to work confidently and responsibly. At the same time, we’ve continued investing in workforce development by supporting skills training, mentorship opportunities and the development of long-term career pathways that strengthen our workforce.

When we commit to developing our workforce through education, hands-on learning and leadership opportunities, we’re not just filling jobs; we’re shaping careers. 

I feel truly fortunate to be part of such a great organization. Every day I’m reminded of how much passion, teamwork and purpose drive the work we do. It’s inspiring to be surrounded by people who care deeply about the merit shop and making an impact!
